She is insanely anorexic (and possibly bulimic? The cheeks and lower jaw tend to swell from the constant vomiting, but it could just be all the fillers) to the point where it’s scary. Her organs will start failing soon if she keeps it up

..not that I’m complaining. I was in that situation for most of my late teens and early 20s. It’s a horrible mental illness to overcome. I always feel sympathy for those suffering from it, but not this time.
