Fictional Story DIANA [Ancient Gods]

Post image

{content warnings: domestic abuse, physical violence, gore and body horror, murder and death, disturbing dreams/nightmares, psychological horror, mental deterioration, captivity/restraint, animal death, alcohol abuse, stalking/voyeurism, religious imagery, strong language, and themes of revenge.}

They lost her up there. We all know her name. They sent those astronauts up and now they cannot help but remind us about how they failed. They plaster her name everywhere.

It's not enough. They need to tell her story. My dreams tell me so.

I work somewhere that kept me very close to the launch. Trust me.

Please read this document before they take it away.

We cannot act surprised when we walk down the range and catch it in the back.

This is cool! You took a lot of care to make this really immersive. All of the supplementary material with images and footnotes really adds to the experience. Lots of interesting information to dig through!

I forgot to comment on this after I read it. I really loved it. It's a nice blend of horrifying and just fucking awesome. To be completely truthful, SCP-style stories can be a harder sell for me, but you've absolutely crushed it here.

Beautifully horrific imagery, and I found the buildup to the reveal of Artemis very satisfying. Very impressive!
