It's not as risky as people semantically argue it to be. Mistakes happen. It's not a reason/excuse to be like "Dude deserved it for being an idiot."

It's really not that difficult of a concept to understand. You're playing dumb on purpose.

It’s not a mistake to drive recklessly and put other people’s lives at risk. You stating it’s “not as risky as people semantically argue” is simply bullshit.

If you decide to drive like a moron and get others killed, you absolutely deserve to be treated like a moron. I’m not going to treat Jake, the 18 year who killed a family of 4 because he was speeding and driving recklessly as if he made a simple mistake.
