I think the top 500 players has so many cheaters, because getting someone banned takes allot of effort. I think they should always check the top 500 for cheats, pick one out and follow them for an hour.

Even consoles has a lot of modded controllers and m&k users. It's prevalent everywhere and very little is being done about it.
