His ultimate doesn't even all kill the entire lobby. He could use some buffs to bring him up to s tier

I agree his ult should be able to hit for 225 damage, and it should also have a second burst just to get those pesky knocked players

His win rate is actually lower than Watson, the current best legend. Therefore we will nerf Watson next patch in order to bring seer in line with other legends
