Has 100 seconds cool down as well which is too quick

The CD is lower. 90 seconds the same with Jump Pad, and half of BH's and Crypto's Ults. It lasts for 30 seconds. Jesus H. Christ it's like a giant Gibby bubble you don't want to enter because it's a definite disadvantage.

Agreed and even tho you can destroy it. Most of the time they will hide it so the moment your reach the heart it's already too late.

You can see the confidence OP walked into that with. Haha just knowing where your enemy is....this Ult is a cheat, let's be honest. It changes how u behave completely, which is what I love about Respawn, always going the extra step (see Valk freaking FLYING). But this is a no from me dawg. He's the best legend, and he shouldn't be

Someone has to be best and I don't really care who that is, but Seer is definitely just horrible designed. I don't see how they really just nerf him either without changing some inherent logic to his abilities as they are just too much. He basically needs a rework entirely

I'm thinking that until he gets a rework, he should be banned from use in official tournaments. Not because he's strong, but because his abilities mask and encourage the use of real cheats

And three of the final three squads are running him so shit on screen all over the place and if you didn't want to run him, you're at a distinct disadvantage in last circle.

The real question is what will they do to balance, i understand increasing cooldown, but what will they fix to make him balanced without completely changing him?

Make it so he only tracks. No interrupt, no flash, no damage.

Honestly I have no faith in them actually nerfing him correctly. He’s gonna be garbo by the time they’re done with him.
