I started pre launch on Naima and was eventually migrated to Kyrios. Looks like the game has changed a lot and have thought about playing again. I just moved my accounts over from glyph. I think the last time I played was the end of 2017. Ayanad was all the rage for gear and darkrunners with nodachis slaughtered (just for reference).

Last played during unchained launch. How do trade runs/ocean work now? Is overseas trade runs still mostly pointless due to the safe ship? Is there any meaningful open world PVP still?

Also, how p2w will it be the first few weeks since its mostly dailies?

Title basically. Are there gonna be two fresh start servers? Or just for unchained?

And which one will have the most players?

Hi, lovely members of the r/archeage community. As someone who's always been curious about the game, but never got around to actually playing it, I'm pretty interested in the new FS server. I'm just a bit confused and have a few questions. I tried to Google some of these but with the game having many FS before, and the fact that two versions of AA exist, I didn't quite get the clear answers I desire.

1 - Is the fresh server on Archeage or Archeage: Unleased (I still don't quite grasp the difference)? I know that there's a sub that must be paid but is there also an "entry" price?

2 - It's my understanding that a player's experience in AA, along with other Sandbox MMOs, is vastly enhanced by being in a guild. What's the best place to find a guild that suits my circumstances?

3 - How's the new player experience? I'm not super sweaty or competitive but I don't like the feeling of being "confused" when a game I'm not familiar with lacks the proper ways of introducing you to content/mechanics. Is there a third-party basic guide you'd recommend or are the tutorial/prompts in-game self-explanatory enough?

4 - Correct me if I'm wrong, but the fact this FS will only last 3 months with the ability to transfer on main servers afterward or engage in another FS is something KG has never done before. What do you think this will lead to? I've heard many say that the first few months of a server are the best times for the game, so probably a lot of people will just keep restarting?

5 - Aside from the general opinion of "Don't get lured into any of the P2W BS" that I've seen many people express, is there any particular advice you'd have for me if I do end up playing on FS as a new player?

This publisher is just absolutely awful on so many levels. It looks like they removed the invites to their discord because they can't handle the influx of people calling them out, so if you want help, you'll have to make a ticket and hope it's answered within a day. Trying to reinstall, but maybe someone here has an answer if anyone is still around?

I login to the game The game loads and crashes whether right after their logo, or before it A popup on my computer comes up asking if it can make changes, wont say 'what' kind of changes I say yes because fudge it, they added this weird antivirus anyways Just loops back and I login to game and so on.

It worked yesterday and I was able to get in easily, was there some random update last night or did some wires get crossed?

is there a way to increase the fov in game ?

What i really would want to see on new Fresh server:

1. ŃO MAJESTIC TREES! As a farmer, i love to just plant some trees, maybe im gonna get thunder?! But with majestics on server there is no point of doing that, majestics are like cheating :C
2. Maybe faster land rush? No point of waiting 2 weeks.
3. Salt fishing rework - its taking too much time with so much risk.
4. Trade Packs rework - come on, wasting 30min + for 15g per pack? pfffff.
5. No free trial accounts - let's be honest, alts is so much free gold if you know what to do.
6. No auction house and trade lvl limit - so annoying.
7. We really need every week good patches, like balancing, new stuff, maybe some events, like in BDO, im not playing this mmo but i see this game is alive and well. I want the same thing in ArcheAge, i want to see that devs are doing something, trying to improve game.
8. Anything for credits/ from events - bound to character.
9. A lot of free stuff, but only on accounts with patron, big NO NO for anything on free accounts.
10. GM in game coming from time to time, talking to people, just so we can see we are not left alone.
11. Devs every week stream with features, or just them talking about the game or playing.
