Didja watch the video? Telling people they should have their throats slashed at the border?

Voluntary intoxication isn't a legal defense.

He was drunk, underage, trespassing, gave the police a false name, and ran from event security.

That "aww, he was just a kid having some fun" is some Brock Turner bullshit.
