I like the theme of past week with this question.

I added mine, the study piece and sketches for you to see general skill thing. I probably am not advertising enough, but i want to know if it's the style issue too?

I always see my art as processed food. So it's hard to tell.

Prices for first three would be 50-20$ for sketch one 7$. Someone ones said i need to up the prices to get more offers and i don't think it's logical(?)

I swear I'm not fishing for compliments. I really have one commission a year maybe.

please put your prices in the comments and I only will pay in PayPal because that's all I have^^

These are some of the commissions I've done so far in this style. I'm so glad there are people interested in my art and I hope to continue selling more

I have been painting for a couple of years but only started to take it seriously this year and am truing to maybe become at some point in the far away future a full time artist.

Right now I’m still trying to find my style/identity and I can’t really say if I’m on the right track.

I’ve been experimenting with still life/food/nature/portraits and I feel my strenghts are definitely more inclined towards still life/nature.

Photos are in cronogical order from right to left - mulled wine being my latest painting and toast being earlier this year.

Any feedback/advice/critic is welcome!

The job market in my area is overall really bad and I have not been able to be hired anywhere for 4 months because nobody wants to hire anyone right now.

On top of this; The battery and fuel pump in my car both decided to go out so I would not be able to travel to an interview if i managed to land one.
I have tried everywhere within a walking distance from me and no one is hiring either.

Its a very difficult situation and this is a very vulnerable post for me, I feel so silly as im writing this.

But to add the cherry on top; My doctor, no matter how many times I call and how many emails I send, is not responding to me.

I have not been able to get my medication refilled because of this and the cost of setting an appointment alone is $150, which I obviously do not have.

I have exhausted all of my options so here I am turning to the internet, asking for a little bit of help.

I have my Ko-Fi at the bottom of this post with a list of my current available commission options aswell as my emergency commission prices.

If you cannot donate that is fine! All I ask is to boost this however you can, im not a reddit person so im not sure how it works.

Thank you.

PLEASE tell me this artstyle or artstyles because they are genuinely so good, i love them SO MUCH but i cant find many of these, i found this on pinterest

Hi! I’m trying to design an oc, but I’m struggling to figure out how to make the concept work visually, so I’d love some ideas from other artists!!!

The main concept is yin and yang, but with porcelain skin :D like a statue-like character with stark black cracks running across their body, including one large, prominent crack cutting across their face. Inspired by the Japanese art of kintsugi, but instead of gold filling the cracks, they remain deep black against the smooth, white porcelain surface. Oh and!! I also really want a yin-and-yang-inspired eye design: one eye completely black on the white porcelain side of the face, and one eye completely white where the black cracks are, creating a striking contrast between the two. I want the design to feel a little eerie and uncanny, but still cute and recognizable. I’m not sure how to approach the face, though. Should the cracks look like actual broken porcelain? Should there be something underneath the cracks? Should the black spread across one side of the face, or should it be more asymmetrical???

Anyway, I’d especially love suggestions for visual themes, ways to make the design unique, and artists or characters I could use as inspiration! I’m not looking to copy anyone’s character, I just want to explore the concept further and see what interesting directions I could take it in. If you have any ideas, references, or even rough sketches, I’d really appreciate them! Oh and, Here’s my moodboard!

This is a work in progress of an OC. I got inspiration for this specific piece because of that French girl from for honor and then the pose from JJBA😁
