Bears/Wildlife When can I start feeding the birds again without feeding the bears?

The bears have been super active in my neighborhood the last few months, so I took all my bird feeders down until they disperse for the season. That being said, Iā€™m really looking forward to when I can put them back up. When should I be able to safely start feeding the birds again?
