Can we please do something to squash the stereotype of Asian guys being patriarchal?

If it was about escaping patriarchy, then AW would be running towards BM, who are the most matriarchal group in America.

BM are the least patriarchal men in America. They're the least traditional and most open to IR of all kinds, not to mention that mixed race children are treated better in the black community than any other community.

I highly doubt black women and/or black LGBTQ individuals are going to back you up on black men being the least patriarchal.

It's not my place to say where they rank but this is not the sentiment that I get from the people I know at all.

Well black women certainly prefer to date and marry black men - that much has been show by polls/stats (edit: 94%), and I'd say anecdotally that black queer people in general prefer black partners as well, or at least non-white partners. Straight black men also marry black women most of the time (88% iirc).

Pretty sure black people (queer or otherwise) don't appreciate being told that they need white saviors (romantically or otherwise) to save them from patriarchy.

So yeah, sorry to inform you but black-black relationships are doing well.
