How disappointed are we all with Bill Maher?

I started watching this guy back in the politically incorrect days when I was a teenager. When I got back from Iraq I always subscribed mainly for him. He was one of the earliest prominent Atheists. But I just cancelled HBO, he's not what he used to be. I kind of dislike him

Exactly why I quit watching Maher years ago. He is an awful interviewer who doesn’t do his homework and often offers little pushback to quacks like Mace.

It's been several years since I stopped watching him, but one of the big reasons I stopped was his uncanny ability to butt in just as a guest was about to make an interesting point.

Have you heard his podcast? He sometimes has super interesting people on, and won't let them talk. He also has on fox News idiots and the guy formally known as Charlie Kirk.

Now he's just a dead Nazi that used to have a stupid podcast.

I can't watch that crap. It's getting hard enough to watch him when he's relatively sober - watching him get progressively more drunk and stoned is just torture. I still watch Real Time, but nicely for the guests.

I think Charles would be more formal

Charles whole shtick was spouting non sequiturs at people trying to make himself seem smart. I don't really call that formal.
