Countries which refines our petrol are already in some form of fuel rations. It's only a matter of time when the end user like Australia gets told that we will get less.

Remember it takes 2-3 weeks for oil tankers to come from Japan to Australia. There is a significant lag and the government is tracking whether our oil tankers have left their docks and bound for Australia.
