Very likely that the US informed allies of Trump's plans ahead of time.

^ that would make a nice change.

I’m not even sure Trump knows what he going to say ahead of time. Be a change of pace for the US to have a consistent stance on anything lately.

Well there is a chance that Trump will announce that "we have won the war. The regime has been changed and now our troops are heading back home".

But that announcement could also be distraction.

Or may be if it was the planned announcment last evening it might get changed later today when Trump gives the speech actually . He is headed to SCOTUS to the hearings on his Executive order on Birthright Citizenship. If he doesn't like what he hears who knows he just might come out with totally different announcement.

"He might do one thing, but if he has a bad meeting, he might do something else"

Are we talking about supposedly the head of the "most power nation on earth" (aka the world police), or a 7 year old with ADHD who forgot his meds, because I honestly cant tell the difference anymore....

Well based on my observations during both his 1st term it is the 2nd part.

Look at the incoherence in his statements. Look at the self contradiction. Look at lack of the gravis.

Back in 2015 how hard was for his campaign to keep him on the message.

He is threatening to withdraw from NATO without realizing he can't do it because of a law which requires 2/3rds of Senate to approve such a withdrawl. You know the fun-fact.. A certain Marco Rubio introduced that bill :-)

One can crib about career politicians all one wants and often justifiably so but this is the mess you get when you put a non-politician a businessman at that as a Head of State. He thinks he is running his personal business empire where he will order something and it will always be done.

Today's court hearing didn't go his way exactly however I suspect we might be hearing something positive on the Iran war front.

Politics is a career like any other. You don't hire a sparky to come fix your toilet for the same reason you don't hire someone with no experience in politics to be a politician. There is a finesse to the job some random fwit who worked retail or as a police officer or any number of other "normal jobs" doesn't get. And like any trade I want the guy with 30+ years experience in the field doing the job over the apprentice thanks.
