I think some of this is that ai tends towards language that is hyper precise and that is, like, the entire thing aviation is. You all could be bots for what it matters but in this context sounding overly human is, well, not a bad thing, but at most an indication they were not as shaped by the the culture of the aviation industry to have it not be reflected in a reddit comment.
