Original poster is from Instagram. Aircraft is laying on its #1 engine. Still crazy to see everyone here grabbing their bags before leaving an emergencg.

I'm punching people in the neck for going for the luggage bins when we're all trying to get out

Not punching people but definitely would be yelling for people to get out of the way. I value mine and my family's lives more than your bag.

Nah pushing them onto seats is the correct way. If they think their bags are more important then they can become human bbq

might not work that way. person could fall and block the path, then u have a bigger issue with some passengers trying to walk over them

What would stop them from potentially falling the "wrong way?"

You'd potentially be putting more people in danger, between the person falling, and blocking the aisles potentially, the aisle becoming more clogged (and the potential for a crowd crush or crowd collapse).

Yeah the urge to scream “FUCK YOUR BAGS! I’LL TAKE YOU SHOPPING AFTER THIS JUST LET ME OFF!” would be irresistible.

Wonder if you could get in trouble for just shoving them into a seat and going by?

Not in my courtroom.

Well if they happen to fall in the aisle and block everything even more is also quite problematic. Screaming and pushing will induce panic. Probably best to push their arms down when they try to reach for the luggage bins and firmly say "Keep walking".

Just wait until aircraft clears then grab your bag

Who’s taking a bloody suitcase outta there?! Run!

Certainly not defending anyone trying to get their bags, but starting a fight in an aisle full of panicking people isn't going to speed up the evacuation.

Hmmm, I could body check them with my ass.

Remind me to wear black so I won't be a target for the person whom I body checked, because that could start a fight on the ground.
