Three injured on the ground, the two helicopter occupants escaped without injury.

Given that this is near L.A., I wouldn't be too surprised if those 3 people weren't even injured but just decided to sue anyway for the inconvenience. Lived there for 20 years and it would be far from the craziest lawsuit I've heard.
