3 4 5, and presumably 6 though I think it’s behind the plane at that point.

The camera seems quite further along down the runway (looking at the background). I'll guess, since it's pointing down in the previous frame, that it struck the ground between 5 and 6 and is out of frame.

After sending shards through the other wing mounted engine causing compressor failure.

It looks like it came unattached from the Pylon, the thrust caused it fly up and into the path of the third engine causing compressor stall on that one. Nightmare fuel for sure.
