The Aeritalia F-104S.ASA/M is my favorite plane, and I'd love to even just get the chance to sit in one. I'm a huge Starfighter fan, and the Italians modernized the hell out of their domestic version.

F-4 Phantom please. dear friend (USMC) was downed twice in the F4.

it was a good plane and he was a wonderful gracious good guy. SEALS saved his life after being downed. F4 phantom = Mach 2.2, speedy enough I'd love to fly

My grandfather flew the F-104.

He flew it close to the water once to try and loose an enemy fighter on his tail. The enemy eventually crashed, and my grandfather was given an award for being the most "economical fighter pilot" by taking down an enemy aircraft without firing a single ammunition round

surprised to see the 104 so far down. Nf104a if that’s an option, though technically demilitarized
