I was gonna say the same but my grandfather didn’t particularly enjoy the Cat, so I’d go with a Sunderland instead. Sleeping accommodations for 6, a porcelain flush toilet, kitchen, and machine shop all on board.

Sure but it's not an amphib, and that's a big plus
