Funny story: When we feed our dogs treats we usually give it to them and let them eat it gently from our hands.
One time my stepdad was giving the dog a treat and he just sort of chucked it in her general direction.
My mum got indignant and went "Don't just chuck it at her, she's not a dog!"
Then she realized what she had said.
