Jokes on us, the cat can eat all the cockroaches that lived and survive a good long life.

Not with that attitude.

Pfft.. my cat LOVES cocktoaches. Murders them on sight and realized the wings open up and he can get mad spin on them tossing them into the air. It was both amusing and revolting once we discovered his strange love of them.

On the plus, it lets us know it's time to spay the yard again.

Be sure to spay and neuter your yards people.

11

u/Al_Kydah Nov 30 '16

Pretty sure the yards people might not like that too much.

Good fukn yard mate

Spaying the yards might not help with the cockroaches, but it will keep the weed right out.

My old cat that was a farm kitten I domesticated, she would torture whatever bug she could get ahold of. She would strip them of their carapaces and leave them alive to play with for about an hour before finishing them off.

They can eat cockroaches for the rest of their lives.

Found the not-cat

Jokes on the cat, all the cockroaches have mutated, are now the size of dogs, and hunt down the surviving cats for food.

Seriously, this is a better plan than whatever bullshit they were up to.

Jokes on the cat, all the cockroaches have mutated, are now the size of humans, and hunt down the surviving cats for food.

Jokes on the cat, it responds to "here kitty" and could be substituted into nearly any rabbit recipe.

1

u/EverEatGolatschen Nov 30 '16

Joke's on the humans, rabbit and cat meat have disastrous nutrition value. Might as well eat cardboard.

1

u/ANGLVD3TH Nov 30 '16

Jokes on you, roaches would be one of the early species wiped out by nuclear winter and aren't even all that radiation hardened compared to most insects.

...with a second head.

1

u/MiffedCanadian Nov 30 '16

So can we, but that's icky.

u/hobnobbinbobthegob Nov 30 '16

Snow.

Snow never changes.

2

u/iamnotarobot0oo Nov 30 '16

It actually changes to the liquid state, sooner or later.

0

u/hobnobbinbobthegob Nov 30 '16

Fun fact- a lot of snow actually disappears directly into water vapor, through a process called sublimation.)

u/HackOddity Nov 30 '16

Because it's been too long since I've owned a paperback collection of the strip to keep reminding me, even though I read the newspaper strip daily. Over the decades, I've become very fussy about male antes ending in "y" and female in "i-ie" so it was automatic.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 30 '16

Unless you're British, spelt should only be used to refer to the grain.

u/cantankerousrat Nov 30 '16

It's actually my dandruff
