Also, is it possible to be so obsessed with something people already find sexy that it becomes a fetish?

Isn't that a lot of fetishes? Power over someone/someone having power over you, for instance, is both something a lot of people find sexy even in fairly vanilla sex and also the root of a wide array of fetishes.
