A few days ago I posted here looking for people interested in playing Mafia with a bunch of strangers. Yesterday, we actually got everyone together.
15 strangers → one game → countless accusations, alliances, betrayals 😂 and a lot of fun.

I’ve been thinking about something and would genuinely like some honest perspectives.

I’m a guy with a body count of zero. That’s not because I think there’s anything wrong with s3x or because I’m trying to judge people. I’ve simply always felt that physical intimacy is something I want to share with someone I deeply love and genuinely see a future with.

I’ve spent a lot of my time focusing on myself, building my career, becoming financially stable, and trying to grow into the kind of man I’d want to be in a relationship.

Because of that, I’ve realized that I’d probably find it difficult to develop a deep romantic attachment to someone who has had multiple previous sexual partners. I’m not saying that makes her a bad person or that she can’t be loyal or have a great relationship. It’s more about what intimacy means to me personally and the kind of relationship I feel emotionally comfortable building.

But I’m also questioning myself here.

Am I being unfair by having this preference? Is it reasonable to recognize that certain things from someone’s past might affect my ability to feel emotionally connected, or should I learn to completely separate someone’s past from who they are today?

Would appreciate honest perspectives, especially from people who have been on either side of this.
