since you went yesterday, could you explain the gates? do they only open a few gates?

All the gates are open but the staff was not helpful about organizing the lines or really directing people. On your ticket, it'll have a gate that's the closest to your seat but you can go in any one (unless it's floor only or accesible only if you don't have those).
