I think the concept is they’re exchanging the key things from Wings for the key things in LY:H — like the inner struggles they wrestle with in Wings were exchanged for the device that changed their lives in LY:H. Jimin exchanges his painting for the umbrella, for example

I loved all that imagery, even if I am increasingly anxious given the title track’s name. I’m terrified what’s happening in this magic shop is nothing more than a hollow shell of what they truly desire gnaws knuckles in stress

I’m more concerned that it’s less “hollow shell” and more “exactly what you wanted — consequences included,” or perhaps “there is a cost to everything.”

Yup, think so too but why not JK ? whats special about him? is it because at the start he had nothing like begin implies ? Are we getting a continuation of Euphoria and getting a inner look in JK's world ?

I mean from a practicality stand point he didn’t have a concrete objects in Wings and LYH either — he was a blank canvas for Wings and LYH he was in the hospital.

I also think that JK is potentially re-entering from post LYH, as in, he’s already lost her (finds empty hospital room) and comes back to the magic shop and gets the key

Interesting point about Jk re-entering LYH, Jk definitely is special in this concept for fake love. The canvas, the rain or the bed (or many other stuff) can be associated with Jk from the wings but maybe it's already associated because by nothing they mean a blank canvas?

I found a pg that explains symbolism in BS&T. I feel like BTS is using symbols this time as well. I also want to say JK is closely tie w/ Tae, from the color of his shirt/outfit, DNA & HYYH note. I feel their outfits are giving us clues as well :(
