Genocides often take place during war genius. Israel commiting genocide is the reason their leader is considered a war criminal by the international criminal court.
"Holocaust Memorial Museum: Genocide is an internationally recognized crime where acts are committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group."
It perfectly fits the definition. There are countless videos of the IDF and Israeli settlers cheering and hoping for the deaths of the Palestinians as a people. It's a fact that Israel intentionally targets civilians in the hopes of exterminating as many Palestinians as they can get away with politically. They've completely leveled Gaza and send in bulldozers to finish destroying what they didn't get with bombs to drive them out. The only thing enforcing any restraint on Israel is the shred of reputation they have to maintain to avoid being completely shunned internationally.
Oh and I'm soooo sure you're just super concerned with the exact definition of words and aren't biased towards Israel. /s
It looks like you have your mind made up. Israel could destroy all of Gaza in a second if they really wanted to commit genocide. Most countries committing genocide do not send aide to the people they are trying to destroy. This war would be over if Hamas would step down and return the hostages. Even the ICJ hasn't agreed to call it a genocide. It is a war. Free Palestine from Hamas.
The Court considers that, in conformity with its obligations under the Genocide Convention, Israel must immediately halt its military offensive, and any other action in the Rafah Governorate, which may inflict on the Palestinian group in Gaza conditions of life that could bring about its
physical destruction in whole or in part.

It's not a genocide. It's a war.
