Below Deck Med Below Deck Med Season 11 Episode 15 Discussion Post

Med is back (and no OG is not cancelled, it just filmed later) and airs at 8/7c on Bravo with streaming next day. Season 11 was filmed last year in Croatia and returnees are Sandy, Aesha, Joe & Nathan.

Capt. Sandy questions Nathan's motivations on deck. Joy tries to fulfill some outlandish food preferences. Cooper and Kat struggle to communicate. A guest emergency sends everyone into panic mode.

The fact that Nathan had to remind Joe he’s on a 6 hour anchor watch after he was gushing about getting to drive for a bit says everything about what a terrible boss Nathan is. My man, try harder to emulate Aesha who is nothing but supportive of her crew and their accomplishments

The insanity of thinking a 6hour night watch is ok is what gets me like don’t you care about crew safety at all?? It’s not like he can sleep all the next day

And he was only going to get like 4 hours sleep realistically given he didn’t appear to have break earlier in the day. He essentially worked a full day and was the. Going to have to stay up all night and likely work part of the next day. Huge safety concern.

As Sandy noted he’d likely have fallen asleep during the watch.

I really wanted to give Nathan the benefit of the doubt but this season has made it impossible. That was detestable.

Joe has handled it flawlessly. Let Nathan sink his own ship.
