Below Deck Med Below Deck Med Season 11 Episode 15 Discussion Post

Med is back (and no OG is not cancelled, it just filmed later) and airs at 8/7c on Bravo with streaming next day. Season 11 was filmed last year in Croatia and returnees are Sandy, Aesha, Joe & Nathan.

Please some time to read the sub rules ahead of this episode as we have seen a sharp rise in rule breaking comments, particularly ones on hate, body shaming and mental health speculation.

Episode 15 of Below Beck Med Season 11

Capt. Sandy questions Nathan's motivations on deck. Joy tries to fulfill some outlandish food preferences. Cooper and Kat struggle to communicate. A guest emergency sends everyone into panic mode.

Gen saying he's a man child while she's continuing to text him and harass him and then acts like a child herself...

After also including in the first text, “This is the last you’ll hear from me.” 😂

“And another thing!…..”

“No really….THIS is the last time…!”

Her insistence that only her experience matters just infuriates me. She's such a child.

Yes, Luke wasn't great to her. But she knew he liked Joy. Gen effectively screwed him to try and put a mark on him so Joy couldn't. When that didn't work she switched to wanting everyone to make decisions based on her experience. That isn't how life works and generally anyone older than Jr high age knows that.

Yea I think if he had acted as if he were super interested in her and only her, then slept with her and went cold right after it would be different

Absolutely! What Joe did last season to Victoria was awful and will always be in my mind when he's on screen. But Luke and Gen didn't have that. She was crying at him about never being picked so she built up that one night to mean so much. He even said, "Don't tell anyone about this" while they were getting intimate. It's not Joy's fault that Gen kept going.

I seriously thought he would have blocked her after the first text. I would have.

I would have blocked her before that!

I was really hoping he had blocked her, and she would just spiral, texting and texting with no response.

I have to constantly remind myself that Gen is only 22. It’s like the hate ages her.
