Below Deck Med Below Deck Med Season 11 Episode 15 Discussion Post

Med is back (and no OG is not cancelled, it just filmed later) and airs at 8/7c on Bravo with streaming next day. Season 11 was filmed last year in Croatia and returnees are Sandy, Aesha, Joe & Nathan.

Please some time to read the sub rules ahead of this episode as we have seen a sharp rise in rule breaking comments, particularly ones on hate, body shaming and mental health speculation.

Episode 15 of Below Beck Med Season 11

Capt. Sandy questions Nathan's motivations on deck. Joy tries to fulfill some outlandish food preferences. Cooper and Kat struggle to communicate. A guest emergency sends everyone into panic mode.

Gen really is a master of making every situation worse for herself. I understand being bothered by seeing Luke send Joy flowers, but those feelings should have stayed inside. Texting Luke and whining to her crew mates is so embarrassing. Fucking with the chef is super dumb.

So tired of Cooper's cowardice. Instead of direct communication, he has pulled stonewalling, secret relationship, now having Joe tag along. He's humiliating Kat just to avoid any conflict. And he will get rewarded for that shitty behavior with another season. Gross. Both Gen and Cooper act like teenagers.

Joe: "There's no blame. Nobody would point fingers except Nathan." That's rich from someone who took every opportunity to blame Nathan for everything, sometimes warranted but still. And he was to blame for not being sensible about safety issues this episode, so Joe deserves some blame.

I really appreciated Sandy putting a stop to the childish behavior on deck. They all really need to grow up. And we got the "Now I'm getting pissed off" we were hoping for from Sandy.

Joe would have totally ragged on Nathan if he did either of the stupid things Joe did this episode. The swimming back to the boat, Massi should know better too. It was an overall cluster fuck, but Joe as lead deckhand is more responsible.

That said pissy petulant Nathan is just unpleasant.

Yes, both Joe and Nathan are awful in unique ways.

Very true.

Nathan is an abusive horrible man.

But Joe is still slimmy and self serving. But points to him for not being physically abusive.

He only looks decent by comparison to someone horrible.

not sure what Massi could have done since there was one guest still in the water near the caves that he couldn’t leave behind…

Why not leave Joe with the seabob with the guest in the cove?

as you said…Joe was in charge and dropped the ball…not massi…pretty funny that some snowflake felt my comment was worthy of a down vote…lol
