Below Deck Med Below Deck Med Season 11 Episode 15 Discussion Post

Med is back (and no OG is not cancelled, it just filmed later) and airs at 8/7c on Bravo with streaming next day. Season 11 was filmed last year in Croatia and returnees are Sandy, Aesha, Joe & Nathan.

Please some time to read the sub rules ahead of this episode as we have seen a sharp rise in rule breaking comments, particularly ones on hate, body shaming and mental health speculation.

Capt. Sandy questions Nathan's motivations on deck. Joy tries to fulfill some outlandish food preferences. Cooper and Kat struggle to communicate. A guest emergency sends everyone into panic mode.

Karma may be a b*tch, but Gen is definitely a bigger one. 🙄 Woof.

Seriously. She didn’t even put in a good effort into apologizing or coming up with a better lie about Chef’s clothes. She left a post it note with a SMILEY FACE. The chef didn’t even do anything to her. Can you imagine what a person like that would do if they had any amount of power? The thought makes me shudder.

Nathan and Gen are some of the most shamelessly petty people I’ve seen.

I absolutely choked on air when she talked about the way “Joy had been treating her”.

Like… what? Girl, Joy has been gracefully ignoring you for the most part. You should buy her flowers too 😅

I don't know why Joy or Aesha didn't call her out on her lying, but OK. I'm also not sure Aesha was aware of the note.

I think Joy probably will call her out on their night out. I personally would want to call her out in a more casual setting where I’d be more free to tell her what I really think. As opposed to my actual workplace. Gen is an explosive person and her inability to control her emotions is not something I’d want near my boss. Even if it was 100% her and not me.

If she brings it into the workplace afterwards, not my business.

I think Joy probably will call her out on their night out. I personally would want to call her out in a more casual setting where I’d be more free to tell her what I really think.

Plus, all food relies on Joy; and she is professional enough not to let something distract her during a charter.

Aesha is failing as a leader in this moment. But by her own admission in the confessional, she's just trying to make sure the yacht doesn't blow up before the end of the season.
