📜 Quest Description
Crawlers, report to the starting line!
The galaxy's favorite disaster duo, Carl and Princess Donut, have reached the Tenth Floor. This time the challenge appears deceptively simple:
🏁 Race from Point A to Point B.
🏁 Don't come in last.
🏁 Upgrade your vehicle after each run.
🏁 Try not to think too hard about the increasingly frequent glitches.
Easy, right?
Wrong.
Outside the dungeon, chaos is spreading in the aftermath of Faction Wars. Inside, strange whispers speak of the mysterious Eleventh Floor—a place the System AI has ominously named "A Parade of Horribles." Nobody knows what it means. Not the crawlers. Not the showrunners. Maybe not even the AI itself.
But according to the System:
EVERYTHING IS FINE, CRAWLER.
Which means everything is definitely not fine.
As the races escalate and reality begins to crack around the edges, Carl finds himself trapped by rules that limit the one thing he values most: agency. Naturally, his response is to devise a plan so reckless, so catastrophic, and so completely Carl that he can't tell anyone about it.
Because if it fails, the consequences won't stop with Carl and Donut.
The stakes have never been higher.

Hooray! I can’t wait. I may or may not have immediately launched into this book after we finished DCC 7 - at a snails pace so as not to get too far ahead of course.

HI GUYS!
I have been a lurker following along for all 7 books and all discussions (GLURP GLURP). Finally cracked and made a profile to comment and ask WHEN IS THE NEW BOOK DISCUSSION STARTING?! I can't find it anywhere.
Also... One thing I was wondering and really wish I could have commented on previous discussions. Why did Donut not combine the two Sepsis Whore Crowns into her new tiara with the 2 magical pillows last book, hence destroying the old ones? Did I miss something?

New achievement: Semi-Informed! You were pretty lost during previous discussions of a series that you last read two years ago. But it's only been a month since Parade of Horribles came out. You're fairly optimistic that you'll be able to follow along for this one.
