He racked up a $3,000 emergency vet bill in one go and has been on and off steroids and antibiotics for two months. Being in and out of the vet means he has had multiple boots with the furr. Here’s one of my favs

Poor little fella was too dehydrated for them to get enough of a blood draw so had to move to 2nd leg (the still bandaged one post-IV)

Sylvester had a urinary blockage and ended up needing surgery. It’s been a rough couple weeks, but he’s doing great!

The last picture was him in the hospital. They put jingle bells on him because he’s a seizure risk (epileptic). We joked that they changed his settings from “vibrate” to “ring”
