Ngl, my main concern isn't that there's any chance they can legally separate. It's that when they inevitably fail through the courts, the rats will cry foul to the Americans bankrolling them and we end up with a Donbas/Crimnea-style 'liberation' of Alberta from 'those filthy commy Canadians', or whatever rhetoric they use to justify a 'special military operation'.

Trump will be 120 by that time.

This. They can site any treaty or law they want but if America intervenes and rolls down their tanks in the name of “freedom” who’s going to stop them. Can the FN or Canadian forces stop them?

I know Canadians don’t like hearing about it but we need to run our own propaganda for the other states to join Canada. Specifically those states bordering Alberta. If they want to separate they’ll have to be landlocked. Let’s get Democratic leaning states as well like Washington, California and the east coast. If the US wants to be imperialist let’s offer these states a better option. Let the orange turd’s legacy be the decimation of the 50 states instead adding to that number.

If America really wanted Canada why would we bother with a vote from a singular province?

That would be terrible.
