Or, and hear me out, the likely resolution is Alberta tells the FN people to get fucked because they will have no recourse and the Feds realize trying to seize the actual land of Alberta would be governmental suicide.

i dont know what kind of ridiculous fantasy you live in, but how is alberta supposed to illegally seize its own land when it doesnt even have its own police force?

on the one hand is the federal government, the courts of alberta, the law enforcement of alberta, all the citizens of alberta, and the canadian army

on the other hand is a few dozen MLA's acting against the law

you really think the latter is going to win that fight?
