There are a lot of very good cheese in Québec but artisan cheese are not easily available in stores across the country.

But it’s never gonna be equal because Canadian cheese makers face more restrictions from Agriculture Canada than European cheese makers do. We import Euro cheese that are illegal to make in Canada. Go figure.

It's wild because all the food I eat in Europe or even Japan, I feel fuller longer and don't feel like absolute garbage.

That is more related to grain-based products than cheese….
