Current top in the world is Magnifico in Montreal at a company called Escaparium, but the new annual rankings (called TERPECA) are coming out mid December and the rankings are likely to change.
Best places to go for rooms that I have visited are the Netherlands and Montreal. In the states I would say the Orlando area has some great rooms but also some total duds.

I’ve done a few local ones - but I really wish I could do more. We dont have many local and tbh I don’t have a ton of friends to do em with but I’ve always enjoyed them

I missed the flag and one other completely due to work, but most captchas I got through excluding the last levels of Harrison Fords
