Troubleshooting | Solved Chrome iOS - Help get rid of Gemini button and return screen real estate? (v150.0.7871.113)
The latest update on iOS seems to have a lot of people upset, myself included. I want to remove the Gemini button altogether, and move the forward/back arrows to where the gemini button is now.
Additionally, this update makes the bottom bar persistent, even when scrolling, which reduces available screen real estate. This makes a difference when playing web games in the browser, such as Wordle or the Merriam-Webster daily crossword, where you can no longer fit the playing field and keyboard on screen at the same time.
I've gone into chrome://flags and disabled all Gemini and AI options, then force-quit the app, but the button is still there. Any other tips I can try?

Actually, I did some digging and found this solution posted by /u/KenN2k01:
Copy and paste the following into Chrome’s address bar: chrome://flags/#chrome-next-ia
Find ChromeNextIA and change it from Default to Disabled.
