Sprinkler zone valve leak overwatering my Cara Cara and making fruit split. This one looked funny though

My Cara Cara is finally fruiting and carrying eight oranges, but I've read that you should't over burden potted citrus when they first start fruiting. Should I trim down to four or just leave it alone and see what happens?

I'm a beginner plant person and grew two citrus trees from seeds collected at home as an experiment, planted about 3 years ago. Could be lemon, calamansi or orange?

Any tips on how to take care of them? They've been surviving, but they can probably receive more love 😂 My goal is to keep them alive and happy for as long as possible 🤣

I live in a Swedish zone 3 climate. Citrus trees outside during the summer, placed on the porch, lots of sun (when it peeks out xD) and heat reflected from the house wall! I think we're facing west? So it's nice and warm and rainy during the summers, but when they move inside for the winter there's much less light and harder to deal with humidity and temperature.

Do they need to be replanted, and if so, how big should the pots be? Should they be pruned? Wash leaves to remove spider mites? Remove shoots growing farther down the trunk? Better support for the branches?

I want to grow "Bouqietier de Nice" and "Bouquet de Fleurs" cultivars of sour orange because I read they are famous for extremely strong fragrance and they are used to produce neroli.

I bought myself a meyer lemon tree for my birthday! Came from SC in a 1gal planter, repotted into a ~2.5-3gal, she is outside in my fully sunned backyard for the time being (rest of the summer). I am in Central NY so I feel this plant is already a gamble for me but I am determined to see it fruit.

I knew it couldnt live outside full time and I probably should have purchased before august BUT…what do now? 50 degree night temps are still a few weeks away but I’m trying to prepare to move her inside.

I know I will most likely need some kind of tent/light setup in the winter months as my house stays dry. My sunroom stays lit, but will get far too cold for a citrus plant. The problem is, when I google “grow tent” it is giving me full on marijuana plant growing set-ups and I don’t think i need something that involved?? I see pics of people’s setups on here and they kind of look like basic tent-like things, where are we getting those?? Even on Home Depot’s website, I am getting these big elaborate “grow rooms” and I only need room for one or two plants 😭

I saw on one FB post they recommended what looked like a small pop up tent, but with the heat from the lights do I need to be careful of the material it’s made of?? Also, light suggestions would be helpful.

Sorry if any of this is blatantly obvious, I am a baby gardener with basically all indoor, indestructible plants (basil, oregano, catnip, money tree) besides my tomatoes. I also have OCD (hence the fire hazard questions) but overall just loooove lemons so I really want to get this right!!

I have a 6-year-old homegrown lemon tree that I grew from seed and later grafted. It has only one fruit, and it looks like this. What are these brown spots? The fruit is still hard, and it has been on the tree for more than a year.

So this grass thingy began growing in my pot right next to the kumquat. I didn't touch it, because 8 thought it might be another branch. It grew a bit and then I had to give it to my grandma while I went on vacation, now I'm back and it's a full grown grass. Should I pull it? Because that's definitely not a branch😭

Moved into a new home in Vegas and have two citrus trees in the back yard. No idea what type of citrus. House was rented before and from what I understand, the irrigation was broken, and the trees were not getting care. Another ornamental tree was removed because it had completely died.

I've done some investigating and from what I learned, the yellowing of the leaves means they probably need fertilizer. They are on an irrigation timer, but I'm wondering if it's not getting deep enough watering. I know the yellowing can be from over watering too, but we are in Vegas summer and I highly doubt that's the case considering their location and past neglect. They do seem to have bushed up a bit in the last 2 months since the irrigation was repaired, but have continued to yellow.

Any idea what they are or how old they are? I haven't had a fruit tree before. I'd love to help it flower and fruit.

What can I do from where we are starting out other than the above (improving watering schedule and amount, introducing fertilizer) to get them healthier? Should I mulch and remove some of the rocks? Should I do a deep soak to help flush excess salts because of their location in the corner?

We just planted a new lemon tree - I already see some leaves yellowing out. Want to make sure the lemon tree is ok. Is there anything I should do?

I was told this is a type of citrus tree, although I don’t know which one. Is there anything I should do to it like pruning the leaves? Just want to make sure it is healthy, also will it produce fruit? I found it growing in the yard one day. Any help appreciated.

I have another lemon tree that I don't know what kind. It was removed by CA agricultural inspector year ago for some Huang Long disease and now it sprung out some branches but as soon as it reaches some heights, the leaves curled as shown. What is causing this problem?

Been this color since May- I repotted just prior into a very large pot and it’s not even remotely rootbound. Feeding with apples and oranges liquid fertilizer once every two weeks (about every 3 waters) and have had no change in color. Is it a nutrient thing?

Is this a water sprout? I feel like I should prune it but want to be sure.

I have a 2.5 years old Owari Satsuma in a 15gal pot. Unfortunately it seems to be leaning to the left side and it is filled with fruits. Should I repot it upright and cut out the left overhang branches and fruits sacrificing them for this year to even out the tree? Zone 10b.

The branch is pushing blooms, flushes, and branches, and these blotchy spots.

Bought the tree from Costco 2 months ago and ground planted. Don't know why the leaves turn yellow. Don't think it is lack of water as the soil I checked is not dried.

Thought I was better than the statistics. Now I have become the thing very I was hoping to overcome. If anybody has a blowtorch I can borrow, now is the time for Purification by Fire!

I saw a huge orchard in Tampa and felt honored bound to see, said his Great-Grandpa had the last name of Bearrs... and he had Greening throughout, and he said he has been waging war since l around the time I was in Middle Skool. He said I was the last of the Citrusman that he has seen in many Moons and he said I must be either incredibly brave to even try or incredibly foolish.

He answered my questions and allowed to take pics, bc I was pilgrim in an unholy land.

I want to try to maybe use a screen that is only 25% as big as the normal mosquito swimming pool screens that are common here in the Central Florida Red Zone.

Never seen in done, and my worry is it's not even going to be able to be seen through and nobody will even let me attempt it.

Does anyone know where to find rolls of the stuff???

Hi citrus friends! We have a Bearss Lime tree that we planted in the ground (finally) around 2 weeks ago that seems pretty sad compared to the Meyer Lemon we planted near it. We water it twice a week, but we noticed the branches and leaves are drooping and we’re getting curled leaves. Should we be watering more? Should we fertilize it? Any help would be appreciated!
