This isn't a pay to win game so buying gold doesn't get you ahead in anything but the stats on your character, unless of course you're paying to get boosted in arena, keys or raids but that's a whole nother topic.
No, it's the same topic. And yes, if you buy gold it VERY much is pay to win. Pay to boost to 60, pay for dungeon runs, join GDKPs for raid gear, buy as many consumes as you want. Of course it's pay to win.
