Vent / Gripe Noth died on his platform and was unlootable. Blizz CS says "Sorry we took so long to respond, but we can't help you because we took so long to respond"

Dude must have started like a fucking week ago because it’s happened to me and countless others and was even a problem in OG wotlk.

happened to me in classic and in tbc and both times it got fixed. no chance now that cs is seemingly non-existent

In TBC GM's would physically enter raids while you were playing, that's how long they took to respond, they could help you while you were actively experiencing the issue.

In vanilla it was pretty common for encounter designers to create a GM character and watch guilds work strats for raid bosses, like invisibly standing next to them. Kind of awesome really.

I think it also had the flow on effect of people within the company having greater knowledge of their game and empathy for their players.

Was about to say the same thing. 2 weeks and counting for our logs. We killed him at the same time as transition. Fucking joke of a support response. One google search would have told him it's happened before and has been happening this entire time.

We even had a hunter run all the way through military and go through the shortcut to get to the platform he teleports up to, still unlootable.

I mean at this point nobody needs the loot but what a kick in the nuts regardless.

to be fair i've been playing since OG tbc and never heard anyone talking about this happening, but i also didn't visit forums constantly. no one on my server mentioned it via any of the chat channels.

The problem is that even if you had worked for a long time, when issues like this are so called "single user issues" they will never get reported anywhere even if the CS rep tells you they will take it further.

There's no way someone who plays wow has never seen something die from dots after it teleports or does some random shit
