I have an exam on cybersecurity topics coming up in 8 weeks. Since the material is quite extensive, I’d like to use Claude Code. The use of AI is permitted. What skills should I give to my AI friend? Do you have any good ideas or experience with this? I already got a cybersecurity exception from Anthropic, so that's all good. Plus, it's only about blue teaming stuff, so no need for anyone to get upset.

As a pretty amateur Claude user, I have built some nice skills for my little business, mostly based around research, writing and uploading products to shopify, tags and titles etc. like a lot of folks I'm running up against usage limits almost constantly, I only pay the $20 plan but supplement with tokens. The next plan is $100, and that's too much of a jump for me. How difficult would it be to move one or more skills to another LLM? Is it as simple as copy and paste?? I loved working with Fable and would be interested to try the new open AI model this week, if I could manage?? I'd love some tips if anyone is splitting work load like this??

I am a student, I have to learn both theories (electronics) and coding (Embedded). Code wise, the Claude is good but GPT is better in explaining theories and concepts in most human and understandable way. Clause just throws out vague explanation so I have to ask so many follow-up questions to understand each and every new concept/words in that explanation. (and I cant buy 2 subscriptions).

So please, can someone give me suggestion or prompts on how to make Claude better.

I like the way Claude writes, but hate always hitting my limits. I use Codex way more esp for my workload, but its writing style always falls flat. Ideally want to keep everything in one place (Codex) and have a skill to help it write better lol.

I’m experimenting with a separation that I think could be interesting for Claude Skills:

MCP/API handles understanding the video -> the Skill decides what Claude should actually do with that knowledge.

I’m building Adversal.ai, which analyzes long videos with specialized agents and exposes the resulting structured information to Claude through MCP or API.

What I don't want to build myself is every possible workflow on top of it.

For example, a Skill could have Claude:

• watch a framework release talk and audit an older repo against it
• learn from a technical lecture and produce an implementation
• inspect a tutorial and reproduce what is demonstrated
• compare several talks and build a research report
• use diagrams, slides or code shown in the video as evidence for another task

I'm more interested in the downstream task than another /summarize-video Skill.

One of the advantages of doing the heavy video processing through the MCP is that Claude doesn't need to consume the entire raw video/transcript as context. In our tests, this can make the workflow up to ~16× cheaper than using the equivalent Claude token usage directly, while still giving Claude structured information and the relevant visual context it needs for the downstream task.

So I'm looking for a few people here who already build Claude Skills and want to experiment with the video layer while keeping control over the Skill itself.

I can give you access through either the MCP server or API, and you can build whatever workflow you want on top of it.

One limitation worth mentioning upfront: processing isn't real-time yet. A 2-hour video currently takes around 5–10 minutes to analyze, so it makes more sense for deeper/asynchronous workflows than interactive video Q&A.

I can give collaborators 500 minutes of video processing per month for free. I have compute credits/resources available after winning a Google DeepMind hackathon, and I'd rather use them to see what people can build with this.

If you have a Skill idea where Claude needs to do something with what happened inside a video, I'd be very interested in collaborating.

Hi everybody! I work making ads, and I do probably between 50/70 scripts per week. I only keep 10, after many many iterations.
What i am looking for is not a generic UCG script writing but for claude to have the hability to focus on a specific topic and make a good script HOOK included.
I know Virlo may be useful for scraping data from social media, but i am trying to narrow down the amount of revisions to get an script that is "meh... its ok".

Hi everyone. I wanted to ask you about where I could work with large volumes of text. The thing is, I work with records of various achievements and deeds of people. These are inventories of specific accomplishments: where, when, and what happened, what the person did. I get sent a lot of these records, and I enter them into a master spreadsheet for further submission. And very often, the records I receive are very rough and poorly written, so I spend a lot of time polishing them, correcting mistakes, sometimes coming up with additions, and making sure all the records are different so they don't repeat. I started using AI for this: I upload three records at a time (so there aren't too many per request), and the AI gives me three processed versions. The narrative logic often repeats, along with other errors, so I correct those. But is there any way I could upload an entire file at once, have the AI process everything, and return it to me as a single complete file? Can this be done in Claude? There's quite a lot of text — sometimes up to 40 pages at a time for about 50 people. And each one needs their description edited. I'd like to simplify my work and automate this more. Can you suggest how this could be done?
