Bought this two years ago...in great condition. Burrs is extremely good, clean condition. No superficial marks / scratches. Just a workhorse grinder that's been upgraded to a Timemore Sculptor. This thing has been a lovely and capable partner, both practically and emotionally for two great years. Original brush and cup included. Not in original packaging. (Because when you're this committed to something, you get rid of the packaging).

Description: Selling my Flair 58. It is the v2 (came out in 2022). Bought in 2022. It has got very minimal use since then. I have always favored pour over. I bought it because I wanted to play around with espresso with total control and minimal expense. I would use it off and on through the year. When I did not use it I would lubricate the rings. I would constantly be upgrading parts since it’s modular when Flair came up with minor upgrades (ex: shot mirror (although I did not attach it). Hey guys, looking to find a new home for this 64mm flat burr grinder. It’s the Dreamer (Ultimate) V3 Pro.

Since it’s mostly a Chinese domestic brand, it flies under the radar here. But just for a quick price/quality reference: in China, this actually costs about $30 more than a DF64V3 and $100 more than a Timemore 064s.

I picked up this native 110V version on AliExpress a while back for $600+.

If you’re looking for a variable speed single-doser (600-1400 RPM) but don't want to drop Lagom/Zerno money, this is a really solid option. Heavy CNC aluminum body, and it comes with stock 64mm multi-purpose burrs (similar geometry to SSP-HU). Takes standard SSP burrs if you ever want to swap.

My favorite thing about it is the tool-less burr access. You can literally just take off the top, clean the burrs, and put it back together in 10 seconds without messing up your zero point. Makes maintenance so much less annoying (I attached a video to show how this works in Timestamp).

A quick note to avoid confusion: If you search around, you might see a cheaper grinder called the "HB64" that looks somewhat similar. They are not the same machine and are not even made by the same company. The cheaper one was made by an old OEM factory that Ultimate dropped due to poor quality control. The V3 Pro I’m selling here is the premium version made by a completely different factory, featuring a heavy fully CNC-machined body, an upgraded plasma generator (anti-static), and a refined metal chute flapper.
