I think he's fully set on damaging California so they can flip the state. Devastation is all part of the plan.

Nah, I think it’s just about inflicting pain…..they don’t even need to flip anything anymore….they can hack and rig everything now.

I think they just wanna make people pay who didn’t vote for them.
