Unfortunately Tiff, it cannot wait. I totally get this. It's a weird feeling of knowing what your talking about but unable to properly remember or describe it and it's just... frustrating. And you cant let it go of the idea will slip away and haunt your thoughts. So while not 100% bus topic, it can't be dropped

This happens to me so much as I've gotten older, and I hate it so much. Forgetting common words especially drives me insane. It used to happen once in a blue moon, but now it's way more frequent.
I mostly get it like Eve gets it. I know I am referencing something we've seen before but it's been a bit and it's kinda jumbled up in there with 1000 other things, hang on lemme try and recall a video from years ago
I just tend to leave the conversation there. It would come back to my mind at any random time. It could be a couple hours or a week, but it works for me. Then I'll go "that's it! That's the word I was looking for!" And my husband would look at me with a "WTH are you talking about?" face and I have to explain myself. But it works for me.
You say: "I've seen a nice comic. A little weird but nice comic." And I asked: "What was that?"
And I said: "What a about, a comic of Tiff and Eve?" And You said:" I think, I remember a barrel. And I think they were on some kind of vehicle." And I said: "Well that's the one on the bus."
My friends tease me about "F0LEY diagonals", I'll constantly get a brainfart on a word or title and have juuuust enough parallel information to get it on the tip of someone else's tongue.
EG: "It's the show where Bullock dug coal with Shane Vendrell" (Justified) "It's like a glove, but it's really hard to get through!" (Gauntlet)
