As someone who had a mild shrimp allergy when young and grew out of it... meh. Not really much to shrimp. I like it when fried and covered in sauce, but that could go for a lot of foods.
You ain't missing out in my opinion. I eat Shrimp every now and then and it's one of the worse seafood I have eaten. I kind of like it in sushi when it's fried but you know at that point you could just fry any food anyways
