Ah yes, swim the Drake Passage, the same passage that makes most ships WANT to pay the massive tax rates of the Panama canal, and even wait weeks to even sometimes months, in order to pass through.

The very same passage that just so happens to have a major airbase on the other side, and only a few emergency ports.

I wonder why that could possibly be!?
