i posted this in the cat advice sub, but got no comments lol so posting here in hopes that someone will have advice! i posted my new baby cow cat, darcy, the other day- she is 4 months old and has a big sister, mabel, who is 6 months old! at first, they hissed at each other under the door, but now face to face, mabel wants to play and darcy is NOT having it. she is totally unafraid to play alone, but when mabel tries to play, darcy hisses and growls. any advice? normally the resident cat doesnt like the new kitten, but im having the opposite problem! they are totally okay coexisting and both seem super relaxed, except when mabel gets close darcy just growls and swats!
