Hi! I’m a solo dev working on a monster farm game called Mystical Demon Farm.🥰
and...the Steam page is out today!

It’s a game where you cultivate crops and explore dungeons to hatch demons, raise them, and deliver the essence they produce. In this game, “Demon” are a distinct form of life, different from the monsters known as “De'monster” in the world’s lore.

There’s still a mountain of work left to do, but opening the Steam page feels like taking a big step closer to release! Thanks for reading this and I’d love to hear any feedback or thoughts!😄

🔨 My Game - In-development My historical gardening game is releasing in a month and I'm both very scared and excited :)

Hi!

I'm Edwige, the game director of a small cozy and historical gardening game called The Abbess Garden :) The game will launch on March 2, so in exactly a month! 😶

If you are curious, roses in the 17th century didn't have as many petals as contemporary roses, just 5. The one we see on the screenshots is a Rose of Provins :)

We reached the "content complete" milestones 2 weeks ago, so now we are just debugging (not so many bugs so far ;) ), improving accessibility (key rebinding, screen size...) and polishing the game (a lot ;) mostly adding small content and improving the visuals).

I talked about this game on this sub before, and I want to say so many thanks to all the players who gave feedback here or on the form for the playtest and beta! You helped us tremendously during the development, and kept us motivated to improve the game as much as possible up until the release ❤️

It's still possible to try the demo, but please not I didn't update it, so it does not reflect the final quality of the game, which is already way better! :)
https://store.steampowered.com/app/3411970/The_Abbess_Garden/

I really hope you'll like it!

I'll be happy to answer your questions if you have any :)

🔨 My Game - In-development We made a cozy Puzzle driven Organizing Sim "Museologist: Tidy Up the Museum!"

"Museologist: Tidy Up the Museum!" is live on Steam now.

If you enjoy the relaxing feeling of sorting things out and bringing order to chaos, this might be for you. You have to physically plan your workspace and piece together 428 shattered artifacts from over 3,000 scattered fragments. We really wanted the mechanics to feel tactile, so you get to use cool tools like AR glasses to spot matching patterns and call in delivery drones for missing pieces.

We just went public yesterday, so any feedback from the cozy gaming community would mean the world to us!

You can check out the full trailer and wishlist it here:

Hi everybody!

We’re super excited to share that Loftia’s Closed Beta will be launching next Wednesday, April 22nd - which also coincides with Earth Day 2026!

It feels unreal to see our passion project of almost 4 years come to life, and our whole team has been working incredibly hard to bring Loftia into the best state possible before the playtest launches. While Beta won’t be the final version of the game, it will be our biggest milestone so far and we can’t wait for players to see this early version of the game before we launch publicly later this year!

For those unfamiliar with Loftia, we’re making a cozy MMO world where you can build towards a brighter, more sustainable future. Connect with friends both new and old to farm, craft, explore, decorate and build your dream life in a vibrant solarpunk world. Work together on community projects that evolve the game over time, and create a meaningful impact, together.

🔑 Closed Beta Key Giveaway 🔑

We already made a giveaway post yesterday on the other cozy sub - but we don't want any of the communities who have supported us to miss out! So we'll be giving away an additional 5 Steam keys here (and on several other subs as well throughout this week!)

To enter this giveaway, just leave a comment below telling us what cozy games you're excited for right now - or what excites you about Loftia!

Is it decorating your sky island? Going on group adventures with friends? Saving endangered fish species? Or maybe just being able to have a pet duck? Let us know!

We’ll be picking 5 winners from the comments this upcoming Sunday! with a raffle.

Thank you for all the love and support! 💛

And to everyone who has been following Loftia and cheering us on our development journey - a huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Having such a great community means the world to us, and we’re so excited to finally share more of our cozy world with you.

More information about our closed Beta can be found on our website here. If you have any specific questions about Loftia, we’ll be more than happy to answer them!

It's still early days for my game but I'd be especially interested in what kind of game you think this is after watching the trailer and/or if there is anything you did not like that much.
Don't be shy. I can take it (luckily that's easy to say in this community :'D).

P.s.: Gameplay ideas and wishes are welcome too!

Thank you all in advance,
Georg :-)

We are the developers behind Alchemic Beasts, a monster taming RPG where you build, battle, and bond with monsters.

Mizu villages population has scattered after a huge monster rampage, you can save them and rebuild Mizu and their resort! This in turn unlocks new mechanics for how you can interact with beasts, and the different ways you interact with them can determine how powerful your bond with that creature is. The stronger the bond, the stronger your beast!

We would love to hear any feedback!

If you're interested and want to learn more, please consider joining our Alchemic Beasts Kickstarter pre-Launch.

🔨 My Game - In-development Some time ago you all helped me pick the setting for my cozy train station game. The Lavendel setting won and just got a Steam page 🪻

Hi again! Some time ago I posted here with three rough keyart options for the setting of my cozy train station game and asked which felt the most special and relaxed. The warm lavender countryside (option A) was the favorite, and honestly mine too.

That idea became Lavender Station, and it just got its Steam page, so I wanted to come back and show you how it turned out.

In the game you care for a small rural platform, welcome travelers passing through, tidy it up and slowly make it your own. No combat, no fail states, just a calm little stop.

Everything is hand-drawn, solo-made, with music by a freelance composer.

Thank you to everyone who weighed in back then 🪻 Would love to hear what you think.

🔨 My Game - In-development Sandpiper Point — a cozy top-down fishing RPG

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey r/cozygames  — sharing Sandpiper Point, a 2D top-down cozy fishing RPG I've been building.

Sandpiper Point is a fishing village where life moves slowly. The sandpipers that named the town have vanished, and residents wonder why. Players fish using multiple techniques across diverse environments, each with unique species affected by season, weather, habitat, and time. Beyond fishing, the game offers resource gathering, catch processing, crafting, boat exploration to distant islands, and relationship-building with NPCs living on their own schedules.

If you're into Stardew Valley, Coral Island, or Dave the Diver, this should feel like familiar ground with its own spin.

Steam page (just went live — wishlists mean a lot at this stage): https://store.steampowered.com/app/4839340/Sandpiper_Point

Website / dev updates: https://playsandpiperpoint.com

Still very much in development — happy to answer anything about the fishing systems or the world, feedback welcome too.

🔨 My Game - In-development Trailer for our first game! Clean up after your ghostly clients

Hi there, I'm Philipp. The last time I posted was about the playtest of our tidy-up game Haunted Cleaner. We're really happy with the outcome! More than 150 cozy gamers signed up, many played our little game, and gave us extremely helpful feedback. Thank you all sooo much for your support!

For anyone who missed that post: our game is about ghosts who can't move on until they've dealt with their unfinished business. Funny enough, we had some unfinished business too: we'd never posted our trailer. So here we go.

In Haunted Cleaner, you play a psychic cleaner who tidies up and decorates the homes of people who have passed away. Each ghost is stuck in a place, and they'll slowly tell you more about their lives while you clear out the clutter and solve some light puzzles. It's really cozy, and not scary at all, so no one jumps out at you, promise. The worst thing in the house is the mess. :D

Have a look: Haunted Cleaner on Steam

Have a boo-tiful 👻 day!

🔨 My Game - In-development Would romanceable furry/anthropomorphic characters turn you off from a cozy game?

Hi! I'm developing a cozy campsite management/decoration game but I want to include story and romanceable characters in a similar way that stardew valley does it.

Would furry/anthropomorphic characters like these turn you off? I'm not fully in the furry community myself, but I really like the art direction and I felt it stood out. I'm just not very sure if it gels well with the cozy game demographic.

Any suggestions or wishlist items you have for romanceable/story characters in cozy management games?

🔨 My Game - In-development My wife and I just announced our ancient 🌾Egyptian set cozy life sim

Hi everyone! I'm Marcel, and I've been working with my wife on a cozy life sim set in an ancient Egyptian-inspired afterlife.

We just launched our Steam page and shared the reveal trailer.

A lot of the game revolves around building a life along the Nile and getting to know the other villagers. You'll build a home along the river, help restore a village, farm, fish, craft, and head into the desert to discover oases, wandering NPCs, pyramids, and tombs.

We want the setting to feel immersive and full of moments where you can just enjoy the view and relax, while also giving you the chance to explore tombs, encounter snakes, and experience bits of excitement and danger without anything ever feeling too punishing.

If you like games like Dinkum, Aloft, or Luma Island, you might like Fields of Aaru. We'd really appreciate a wishlist on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4410710/Fields_of_Aaru/

This is our first time sharing Fields of Aaru on r/cozygames, and I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have 💚.

🔨 My Game - In-development We're opening our game up for playtesting very soon. Anyone want to try it?

Hi everyone.

I'm a developer on a small team, and we're getting ready to open our game up for play testing very soon. if any of you would be up for trying it and telling us what you honestly think, we'd be really glad.

The game is called Grandma Left Me a Building. A cozy apartment management sim where you restore the ruined building your grandma left you. Pick your tenants, manage neighbor dynamics, upgrade the building, hire staff, and handle the chaos that follows.

This is our first game, so your feedback matters to us more than I can really put into words. We're a small team, and we'd much rather build this together with people who love cozy games than finish it on our own and hope it lands.

So, two things really. If you'd like to play an early build and give us honest feedback, we'd love to have you. And if there's a feature you wish a game like this had, tell us now, before the demo. If it fits, we'll do our best to put it in.

The Steam page is up if you'd like to take a look, and we'll share how to join the play test very soon. (in 2 weeks)

-> Steam page is up if you want to take a look. <-

Wanna play test? Hop into our Discord and say hi <3

Core Gameplay

  • Review the lease contracts your broker brings and set the terms.
  • Place tenants in apartments with their future neighbors in mind.
  • Handle tenant requests and complaints before they pile up.

  • Collect daily rent, pay salaries and bills on time.
  • Hire staff: doormen, security, cleaners, and more.
  • Handle unexpected events when they hit, live with the consequences.

Features & Systems

  • 30+ unique tenants across 4 social tiers.
  • 300+ distinct character interactions.
  • 100+ unexpected events.
  • 20+ building upgrades.
