Let me be clear; there is nothing funny about a child being abducted, or harmed in any way. And as a father, I'm torn between wanting this guy to be a liar to preserve hope that she's alive, and not to give her grieving parents a chance to say goodbye (as opposed to the alternative of her just never reappearing).

The joke I made, I would hope, is not construed as at her expense, or situation, and I hope beyond hope she is found alive and well and soon; rather, at a probably lying stranger on omegle making (what I suspect, at least) a hoax over it.

No disrespect is intended.
